Same price for English↔Spanish and French↔Spanish, in both directions. One billable page equals 400 words.

If a document carries more text than fits on its sheets, the extra pages are charged at €15.00 rather than the tier price. A single sheet with 400 words or fewer is one page; above that, the additional page is billed at this reduced rate across all four turnaround options.
No minimum order: you're billed for the actual pages, even if it's just one.
Best price guarantee
If you find a cheaper quote for the same translation, send it to us and we will beat it. For the comparison to be a real one, the quote you send has to meet these four conditions:
- Same job. Same document, same language pair and the same turnaround as the one we quoted you.
- A genuine sworn translation. Signed by a translator authorised by Spain's MAEC and listed in its official register. A plain translation or a foreign "certified translation" is not the same thing and cannot be compared.
- In writing and verifiable. A quote showing the provider's name and the final price with VAT included. A PDF, an email or a screenshot all work.
- Current. Issued within the last 30 days and still valid when you send it.
We reply by email with the improved price, or we explain why that quote is not comparable. If we cannot beat it, we say so plainly instead of stringing you along.
One improvement per order, and it does not stack with coupons or the volume discount. Shipping the printed copy is excluded from the comparison: it is billed separately by destination.

The discount applies automatically to the translation price based on the order's billable page count, before adding hard-copy shipping if any.

Delivery as an electronically signed PDF is included in the price. A hard copy on official stamped paper is optional, added at checkout, and billed separately by destination.

Acceptance guarantee
If a Spanish authority rejects the translation for a formal reason attributable to us (missing stamp, incorrect signature, missing certification), we correct the document at no cost or refund the full amount, your choice. It doesn't cover rejections for reasons unrelated to the translation, such as an expired original or one missing a required apostille.
Why do other quotes look cheaper?
When you see a price like "from €30" or "$25/document" on other sites, check three things before comparing: whether VAT is included, whether the price covers a full 400-word page or a smaller fragment, and whether there's a separate urgency surcharge. The price published here already includes VAT and carries no hidden surcharges: the number you see is the total you pay.

How much does a sworn translation from English to Spanish cost?
The standard price is €30 per billable page (400 words), VAT included. With urgent turnaround (24 h) it's €40/page, and with express (same day) €60/page. The same price applies to French↔Spanish.
Is VAT included in the price?
Yes. Every price you see here and in the quote tool already includes applicable VAT. Nothing is added afterwards.
Is there a discount for multiple pages?
Yes, an automatic discount on the translation price from 10 pages, and a larger one from 20 pages. It applies as soon as you upload the document to the quote tool, no code needed.
How long does an urgent French-to-Spanish sworn translation take?
Urgent turnaround delivers within 24 hours and express delivers the same day (subject to a cut-off time). The exact delivery date is shown in the quote tool before payment and is a guaranteed date, not an estimate.
Are there any costs beyond the price per page?
Only if you choose a hard copy on official stamped paper in addition to the signed PDF (already included): shipping costs €12 to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, €28 to the rest of Europe, and €50 to the rest of the world. There are no other charges.
