If a Spanish authority rejects the translation for a formal reason attributable to us (missing stamp, incorrect signature, missing certification), we correct the document at no cost or refund the full amount, your choice. It doesn't cover rejections for reasons unrelated to the translation, such as an expired original or one missing a required apostille.
Why do other quotes look cheaper?
When you see a price like "from €30" or "$25/document" on other sites, check three things before comparing: whether VAT is included, whether the price covers a full 300-word page or a smaller fragment, and whether there's a separate urgency surcharge. The price published here already includes VAT and carries no hidden surcharges: the number you see is the total you pay.

The standard price is €30 per billable page (300 words), VAT included. With urgent turnaround (24 h) it's €40/page, and with express (same day) €60/page. The same price applies to French↔Spanish.
Is VAT included in the price?
Yes. Every price you see here and in the quote tool already includes applicable VAT. Nothing is added afterwards.
Is there a discount for multiple pages?
Yes, an automatic discount on the translation price from 10 pages, and a larger one from 20 pages. It applies as soon as you upload the document to the quote tool, no code needed.
How long does an urgent French-to-Spanish sworn translation take?
Urgent turnaround delivers within 24 hours and express delivers the same day (subject to a cut-off time). The exact delivery date is shown in the quote tool before payment and is a guaranteed date, not an estimate.
Are there any costs beyond the price per page?
Only if you choose a hard copy on official stamped paper in addition to the signed PDF (already included): shipping costs €12 to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, €28 to the rest of Europe, and €50 to the rest of the world. There are no other charges.
